With the help of AI, I gave it a Nantucket-inspired refresh: weathered gray shingles, crisp white trim, a welcoming wood entry, and fresh landscaping that lets those beautiful front windows shine. An updated stone walkway completes the look. Bring your vision and your contractors! Seeing what a home could become is one of my favorite parts of helping buyers find their fit.

One home. Two visions. A little marital design debate! An Instagram follower reached out for help imagining exterior improvements to her Ridgefield, Connecticut home. (Top image) She confided that her husband wanted dark and moody, while she preferred a classic white home. So, with a little help from AI, I created both! Updated landscaping, more welcoming entrances, and two very different personalities, all starting with the same house.

Currently on the market in Ardsley, this charming home inspired my latest transformation: a welcoming front portico, updated windows and lighting, fresh landscaping, and architectural details that complement its beautiful stone chimney.

Just Sold this home at 91 Vaughn Avenue in New Rochelle. My clients will for sure enjoy beautiful sunsets over their oversized yard, a neighborhood with so much heart, and a truly special family who made this house a home. This Glenwood Lake sale was such a positive experience and I’m grateful to have been part of their next chapter. Here’s to new beginnings and many more sunsets!

For this home currently on the market in New Rochelle, I used AI to imagine weathered grey shingles, charcoal window frames, a warm wood front door, updated lighting, and fresh landscaping. A reconfigured staircase with wider steps and a larger landing creates a more welcoming entrance.

Using AI to bring my vision to life, I added soft shingle siding, architectural trim, a warm wood front door, a more welcoming porch and staircase, and fresh landscaping with hydrangeas and a curved stone walkway.

I was asked to reimagine this house and show what a thoughtful renovation could look like. Using AI to bring my ideas to life, I extended the front porch, updated the exterior with classic shingles, refreshed the entry and added new landscaping.

So I reimagined it: weathered gray shingles, a more cohesive roofline, charming dormers, a welcoming front porch, updated lighting, a new front door and softer, more natural landscaping.
