On this 25th anniversary of September 11th, we remember the lives lost, the families and communities forever changed, and the resilience that carried our city forward.

The Perelman Performing Arts Center now stands at the World Trade Center as a symbol of that renewal. Following a longstanding tradition, Sciame added a patch to the ceiling at O'Hara's Restaurant & Pub, joining the living memorial to September 11 that has grown there over the years.

Thank you to Mike Keane and the O'Hara's team for letting our patch join those storied walls, representing everyone who helped bring this project to life.

As we reflect, we are reminded of the resilience, strength, and spirit of New York City, and of the enduring hope represented by the rebuilding of the World Trade Center site.

Opening this weekend, March 21, 2026: The New Museum Expansion

Sciame is proud to celebrate the opening of the New Museum’s expansion at 231 Bowery, continuing our long-standing partnership after constructing the original museum in 2007.

This new 50,000 SF addition doubles the museum’s footprint, enhancing exhibition space, public amenities, and opportunities for learning, research, and community engagement.

We extend our sincere thanks to the entire project team and everyone involved in bringing this vision to life. It is an honor to help shape the next chapter of this iconic cultural institution in New York City.
