On July 28th, our interns headed up to the 80th floor of 3 World Trade Center for an educational and entertaining evening hosted by Jackson Lucas. šŸ™ļø

The event included a tour of the space by Dara McQuillan, talks with Debra Hudnell and Lisa Flicker, a discussion on AI by Barak Sahar, and a panel with Duan He, Joe Artusa, Jon Hong, and Jessica Schoenholtz.

There's nothing like a pilates class 70 stories above New York City!

This week, Silverstein tenants enjoyed a mat pilates class hosted by as part of its "Work it Out Wednesday" summer series on the 70th floor of 3 World Trade Center.

Following the class, local vendors shared goodies with attendees, with Eataly, Fogo de Chao, Alchemy, and more in attendance.

Tenants are invited to join fitness events every Wednesday all summer long.

7 years ago, we celebrated a major milestone at 120 Broadway.

In 2019, we completed a $50 million capital improvements project at the historic Equitable Building, one of Lower Manhattanā€™s most iconic landmarks.

Originally completed in 1915, the building was carefully restored to honor its architectural legacy while upgrading it for a new era of work and life in downtown Manhattan.

In partnership with Beyer Blinder Belle, the project reactivated key historic elements, from the limestone and terra-cotta faƧade to the return of the ā€œEquitable Arcade,ā€ reconnecting Broadway and Nassau Street through a light-filled public passage once again.

The transformation also introduced a reimagined rooftop amenity space, bringing new life to the former Bankers Club. was once an exclusive gathering place for global leaders, and now serves as a modern hub for tenants and community programming through INSPIRE.
