Underground gate questions: snow, rain, power cuts and materials.

❄️ Snow: there are no rails on the surface, so the gate can run after heavy snowfall without clearing the driveway.
🌧️ Rain: water drains to the bottom of the vault and is pumped out, or runs off by gravity where the site allows.
⚡ Power cut: it opens by hand through a service hatch. Counterweights mean it takes little force.
🧱 Materials: pickets, semi-clad or fully clad, in steel, aluminum, stainless steel, glass, Corten or engineered stone.
