RIP Tyrone (T.Bone) McAddley, great personal friend, advisor, facilitator, the "Bossman" knew how to get things moving, and was a tremendous help in getting Narcissus off and running. he will be missed by his family and the galaxy of individuals who knew him.

I just joined a new gym. My old gym was very blue collar working class/military guys. There was little modesty in the lockers, showers and steam room....
