My snake plants world. 😜🙌🪴🙏
Watching my snake plant collection grow bit by bit is a peaceful daily reminder of the beauty found in slow, steady progress. Every new leaf adds character to the collection. Drop a green heart in the comment section if your plant shelf makes you feel calm and happy too. 💚

I spent a quiet afternoon putting these little fabric diamonds together. A few crooked stitches, a cup of coffee gone cold, and Christmas music playing in the background. Not a bad way to spend the day! Now this little star has found its place by the door.

The garden gave us a lot this year—but I’m heading into winter feeling pretty worn out.

We’re planting garlic, pulling out what’s left of the summer crops, and adding it all to the compost. Little by little, we’re putting the garden to bed.

It’s been a fruitful season, but a trying one, too. I’m burnt out, still trying to catch up, and looking forward to a quieter stretch where I can rest instead of always thinking about the next job.

For those of you coming out of a long season too, what helps you slow down when there’s still plenty left to do?
