BLCD achieved its Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) certification in 2011 and its New York State certification in 2012 which improved the co

mpany’s participation on city and government construction projects. BLCD has worked on several permitted construction projects throughout the five boroughs involving, design, renovations, structural work, carpentry, partitions, plumbing and electrical. BLCD maintains a professional and ongoing relationship with its trade and professional subcontractors which further adds to their continued growth.
