What a difference paint and the right painter can make. Let me know if you have a painting task that you would like done.

I was tasked by my neighbor and special friend to paint her guest bathroom and dining area—one of two community projects I completed in 2024 to give back.
I cleaned the trim with Krud Kutter, sanded the walls and trim, and primed all surfaces with Zinsser Smart Prime. After caulking where needed, I painted the trim with Benjamin Moore Scrub-X Satin in 'Mourning Dove,' a fantastic paint for its smooth finish and excellent coverage. The bathroom was painted with Benjamin Moore Aura Bath and Spa Matte in 'Nature's Gift,' and the dining area with Benjamin Moore Aura Matte in 'Whipple Blue.' Ceilings were finished with PPG Ceiling Paint Flat White.
During the project, I removed failing wallpaper, sealed the surface with Gardz primer, and installed new switch plates and outlet covers. Special thanks to Purcell's Paints for their help and support!

Last-minute exterior staining project—straightforward but important to get right.

I used PPG ProLux oil stain, applying a single coat. The siding had been fully dry and weathered for a year before installation, making it ready for staining. I rolled the stain on and then back-brushed it for an even finish.

The main garage was done three years ago using the same product and process. Oil stains are great because they wear naturally and weather beautifully over time. However, it's critical to apply the first coat correctly. Once the wood is sealed, attempting to "touch it up" later will result in a gummy finish.

Attention to detail always makes the difference!

Restoring a water-damaged ceiling in a city apartment. First, I removed the patch and got to work fixing the affected areas—cutting out the damaged sections and reinforcing with wood to ensure a solid base. This step is crucial for holding everything together. After securing the new drywall, I prefilled any gaps (even the small ones), then taped, mudded, and repeated until smooth. I used dustless sanding, followed by a wet sand, then primed and applied two coats of paint. I even repainted the fixtures at no extra charge, because it’s important to stand by my work. Ceiling repairs can take time, but every step counts for a perfect finish!
