Each pentagonal side of the Dodecado allows for versatility and flexibility when fashioning your light sculpture. Your creation can then be used to light up any living space, study space, or areas of darkness that need to be lit. The unique shape of Dodecado allows for adaptability when modeling your light sculpture. Its high light intensity allows it to be used also as a functional desk lamp. Dodecado also comes with a rechargeable battery-powered option - DodecadoPlus, which can be used as a single unit or as part of a mounted sculpture of Dodecados. It can be used independently of the PowerDeck as a portable unit for outdoor activities, and in case of emergency, power outage, etc. . Environment-Friendly Features of Dodecado:
The LED lights within each Dodecado are environment-friendly and sustainable due to their superior efficiency in emitting high intensity lighting with minimal electrical input as compared to traditional light bulbs. The lighting and circuitry are constructed free of mercury and lead, which are known to be toxic to the environment. The average lifetime for an LED light is known to last beyond 50,000 hours. LEDs are also known to produce much less waste than traditional light bulbs. Second-Life Packaging:
Each Dodecado is individually packaged with recycled material that is designed to be re-used as a pencil holder and as a coaster. Our philosophy of reducing waste through recycling as part of Our Green Commitment can be seen in our packaging as it now receives a second life.
