Our surroundings have the power to heal us.

This bathroom in Brooklyn was designed around that conviction. A wall of glass opens the bath to the garden, Marble carries the veining of the landscape inside, and the freestanding tub sits where the light enters the room.

The sink was designed the way I design everything: with carful consideration of the behavior of the material. Its surface follows the flow of water. Its form is shaped by how water moves, gathers, and releases, so the basin guides it rather than contains it. Water is the oldest healing element we have; the fixture's only job is to let it move the way it wants to.

A healing space shows refinement in its proportion, light, material, and water, working subconsciously on the body before the eye names any of it.

These are pieces without any gemstones or diamonds ; however, they will stack and layer well with pieces with diamonds or colored gemstones. They could be the staples or backbone of your jewelry wardrobe.

These days with gold prices going up, the pieces we covet –those weighty chains, the bold rings, the statement necklaces or bracelets will have mileage if we choose styles that feel current yet have the enduring quality of being the pieces we go back to whenever weneed essentials to throw on that work well with just about any fashion choices we make.

These are pieces that are also season-less - they can work with layers of clothing in the winter and lightweight T-shirt dressing in the summer."

The most expensive thing I purchased was my creative thinking.

Architecture school taught me to hold structure, light, cost, emotion, and time in one picture at the same moment. That training is why I can design a building facade and a ring that sits on a finger and have them belong to the same universe.

In today's design world, jobs are unstable, firms close, and AI draws faster than interns, but the deep training, the way you learn to think spatially across scales, doesn't evaporate with a layoff.

If the profession is fragile and the mindset is permanent, we should be asking how we value deep thinking, not the title on a business card.

I'm an architect (AIA, Harvard GSD). I've worked on TWA Hotel, Lincoln Square Synagogue, Louis Vuitton facades. I now make collectible objects and jewelry from my Brooklyn studio, and I titled the collection the Architecture of the Intimate.

This forest house was built for stillness. The light moves through it the way it moves through a forest, so that you slow down, and you notice your own breath.
Healing means being present here, in the quiet, all the time.

Just like my products, this house is meant to create a sense of serenity. It exists at one scale of the same practice that produces my objects and jewelry. This house represents the architecture of the intimate.

The Other Self is the first collection from Wearable Structures.

The image I created shows the visceral nature of the idea. The serpent and the bracelet beside each other, because that is where the bracelet came from.

I grew up in a forest in Romania. The Dacians cast spiral bracelets in gold two thousand years ago which were meant as protection. The serpent has wrapped through that landscape for as long as there has been a landscape, and this piece is the next coil of the same line.

This kitchen I designed and my products are made with the same logic.

They all have the same gesture, repeated until it becomes a presence: Light moves through the room the same way it moves through my work, it is caught and released by rhythm.

I renovated this kitchen as part of a three year reworking of a Brooklyn townhouse. Both the architecture and the work that came after came from the same studio. From the same hand.

The cabinetry was meticulously designed together with and the appliances are all - a go to for me in every kitchen.

The Other Self: Wrap Bracelet

The idea that what we wear is not adornment but architecture: a second body, engineered with the same rigor as a building.

This wrap bracelet is the first piece in the Wearable Structures series, a structure rather than jewelry. Gold vermeil, finished by hand in Manhattan. Worn against the wrist as a structural element rather than an accessory.

Luxury is no longer a material specification.
We are conditioned to define luxury through rare marble and double-height ceilings. But in an industry driven by relentless speed, true luxury is the structural command of quiet.
I engineered the moss room in my home not as a branding exercise, but as a biological envelope designed to drop the sound and change the air. If you strip away every added finish, what remains is the pure geometry of a space that makes you feel safe.
This is the exact same parametric rigor I apply to my cast collectible design. The environment and the physical objects held within it follow a single, unbroken architectural logic.
