Today, Paramount Construction celebrated our longest-tenured employee “Cookie.” Cookie has been with our company for 37 years and counting! We were happy to celebrate his 80th birthday today! Paramount holds strong value in a family atmosphere and Cookie will always be apart of our family. Happy Birthday Cookie!!! 🎉🥳🍻🎂

Paramount Construction was contracted by MDC in late 2024 for a new sewer install on Pierson Lane in Windsor, Ct. Our crews successfully installed 958 LF of 8” PVC Sewer and 138 LF of 8” Ductile Iron pipe jacked under active Amtrak railroad crossing. Including in the work were 5 new manholes and 7 laterals to right of way. Crews completed the project in spring of 2025 with permanent restoration.

Today Paramount Construction remembered Jose Diaz. Jose was one of our employees who was tragically killed by a reckless driver on one of our job sites last year. Paramount would like to thank MDC for donating the stone to remember Jose where the incident occurred. Thank you to the City of Hartford for allowing this. Jose and his family will always be remembered within our company forever!

Paramount is happy to be apart of the Wrong Way Detection system install team! Paramount crews have excavated for over 150 of these sites throughout the State! We hope to continue to watch the systems work and save lives.
