Preliminary shoring completed at our Newport job. Lots going on here (engineering these days), we’ll hit the ground running in a couple weeks once demo’s completed and steel is installed. Hope everyone has a great week🇺🇸🇺🇸

Making way on a new project in Lakewood. Scope of work is the installation of 3 beams to achieve an open concept. Stay tuned🇺🇸🇺🇸

Wrapped up our Palos verdes job today, we installed 3 beams to achieve the open concept feel the homeowner was going for. Back to Newport tomorrow to keep cranking on that puppy.

Productive week for us we got 95% of the interior framing completed. With remodel come a lot of fixing existing tie in to make things right. Aka “plumb” where moving on this one, we’ll stack the roofs next week and get this thing closed up. Stay tuned for progress!

Progress on our Newport Beach job. Additions are framed well sheath and start rolling on the interior when it stops raining. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Almost ready to roll on our Newport Beach project. All interior sewer lines needed replacement. Minor setback but worth it for the client in the long run!

Pending inspection today we’ll backfill the trenches get the foundation work inspected and put some mud in the ground. Hope everyone has a great week! 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Done deal on our peninsula project. We added a third story on what was a 2 story house, super fun project! We have a bit of pickup to do and we’ll head down to Newport for a exciting new project stay tuned.🇺🇸

Opened up our next job today. This project will consist of a couple small additions front and back of the home along with a reconfiguration of interior floor plan. My guys with big rock construction are handling the foundation portion we’ll be taking care of the framing. Excited to show y’all what’s in store!

Absolutely crushed the past couple days. Feels good to get back to the grind after a much needed vacation! 3rd story’s up George will sheets it tomorrow while we start setting the ridge. Home stretch on this one.
