We started this project fall of 2024, and wrapped it up last spring. After all the finish painting was completed, it slipped my mind to get back down there.
-Removed all white coil fascias and vinyl soffits, replaced with new black fascias, and LP Soffit
-Pulled all the existing windows out, installed new Anderson’s. New LP trim
-Removed all dated blue vinyl siding, replaced with LP smart side and trim.

We’ve had another very busy year (2025)! Here are a few pics of one of the great projects we were on.

Can’t thank Bill & Nancy Cook enough for putting their trust in us to build them a great home.

We had to approach this project a little differently. We had a project get pushed, and I had to come up with a quick solution. I had made a few calls, and the excavation crew started almost a month early! After that, our great subs understood our situation and things fell into place.

Next was keeping our crew busy while the site work started. There just so happened to be a huge parking lot a few hundred yards from the job site (Thank you Doug Spates), so we panelized the entire house

We loaded the entire package on a flat bed trailer, and set the walls with my telehandler. With the concrete being absolutely perfect, our panel walls were flawless (except the only walls I laid out haha).

I will get exterior pics this spring.

JRH was given a great opportunity by another local contractor to build this house in Westmore a couple summers ago. The panels were great, and couldn’t have done it without an amazing crew, especially Eddie Boisvert. He was an absolute animal on this project, especially when half of us are scared of heights haha!!

Major exterior remodel on a popular, very old building in Barton. Can’t brag enough about our crew, and talented subs for getting this project down. Unfortunately, I do not have many before pics

Awesome project on Eagle Point today. Eliminating a dividing wall, and installing a big ol 500lb power beam. This should give the owners a nice view.

Projects like these hit a little different. When you draw/design and build them in house, and have great clients that appreciate every effort and detail, its makes it all worth while!! Can’t thank the Dykstra’s enough for allowing us the great opportunity to build them a great house! Thanks to all the subs and suppliers that made this job another successful one!!!

Can’t speak highly enough for this JRH crew and their subs! The Dykstra project is flying, with the interior ready for paint and finishes, and final grade starting next Tuesday.
Truly love these projects! Wish we had 10 more this size!!

Well it’s been a while, but here’s a look at one of the projects we’ve been on for a while. It’s been difficult with this up and down weather, but the exterior on the Sutton project is almost complete. Huge shout out to Tanguay Homes for giving us this great opportunity, this is one of our biggest residential homes to date.

And, when you get your new addition to the crew stuck… doesn’t help haha.

I would also like to take the time to clarify, JRH Building Construction is still very active and busy! Even though we’ve taken on sub work, and projects out of the area, we are still doing custom homes and remodeling locally this coming summer. We still proved a full “top of foundation to turn key” contracting services. We can provide general construction prints with our soft plan program.
