Senior Service Technician

RSC – Reliable Service & Construction is expanding our commercial service division and looking for a Senior Service Technician with strong technical expertise and leadership ability to help grow and lead field operations across the Oklahoma City market.

We are an approved service partner for major restaurant brands and provide commercial repair, maintenance, and construction services across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a technician who wants to take ownership of complex service work while helping mentor and guide other technicians as our division grows.

If you are a problem solver, strong diagnostician, and natural leader, this is an opportunity to play a key role in building a high-performing service team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment (hot & cold side)
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and equipment schematics
• Perform HVAC and light plumbing service work
• Lead complex service calls and difficult diagnostics
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians when needed
• Support the growth and organization of the service division
• Represent RSC professionally with customers and national restaurant brands

Qualifications:
• 5+ years commercial restaurant equipment service experience
• EPA Certification
• Strong electrical diagnostics and schematic reading skills
• Experience with gas, refrigeration, and cooking equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Leadership mindset and ability to mentor other technicians
• Clean driving record
• Strong customer communication skills
Preferred (not required):
• CFESA Certification
• Multi-unit restaurant service experience
• Experience supporting national chain brands
