Noticed your water pressure ain’t what it used to be? Most folks think it’s just a clogged showerhead, but sometimes the problem is hiding where you can’t see it.

Ran into this yesterday. Customer had a sudden drop in pressure. Checked the main valve and the PRV: everything looked fine on the surface. Broke out the electronic leak detection gear to listen through the slab. Found a pinhole leak under the concrete that was bleeding off the house pressure.

Marked the spot. Cut the floor. Fixed the line. Had the water back on and the pressure holding steady at 60 PSI before lunch.

Had a stubborn drain today that a snake just wouldn't touch. Years of grease and sludge had the line nearly closed up.

Oklahoma winters don't play around. One night of single digits and those exposed pipes are toast.

Just finished up a full winterization for a family over in Moore. Ran through the whole house. Wrapped the main lines in thick foam. Secured the exterior bibs. Checked the pressure. Now they’re locked in and ready for whatever the forecast throws at us.

Dug it up. Found a rusted-out riser pipe. Cut the old one out. Threaded on a new frost-free hydrant. Backfilled and packed it down. Good as new.
