Meet the Co-Owner: Brandi Gilstrap
Behind Streamlined Roofing & Construction is a different kind of operator.
Brandi Gilstrap brings a unique background that extends far beyond construction.
A graduate of the Price College of Business, she began her career helping scale a direct mail and marketing company serving car dealerships across the country, learning firsthand how to drive revenue, manage systems, and build businesses that actually perform.
From there, she went on to launch her own brand- coaching entrepreneurs, leading retreats, and helping high-level individuals grow businesses rooted in clarity, alignment, and profitability.
But when she stepped into the roofing industry alongside her husband, she saw something immediately: gaps.
Gaps in communication.
Gaps in systems.
Gaps in how customers were being served.
And she knew there was an opportunity to build something different.
Where the founder brings decades of hands-on construction experience, Brandi brings the structure behind it all.
Her strength isn’t swinging a hammer, it’s building a business that runs efficiently, communicates clearly, and delivers consistently while bringing people along to win!
She’s certified in Culture Index behavioral analytics, giving her a deep understanding of people, how they think, how they operate, and how to build teams and relationships that actually work.
Her personality is the opposite of casual. She’s direct. Focused. Intentional.
She believes in getting to the point, creating win-win relationships, and serving people at a high level.
