I genuinely feel bad for the people who have bought these homes and have no idea that there are rivers that will run through their property. It’s gonna get interesting considering DR said they were going to fix the issue…. We will see next time we get an inch of rain in less than an hour.

I know some people aren’t doing their homework so we decided to do it for you all…. Don’t be deceived, and this look very familiar to the drainage issues on the DR Houses in our neighborhood. Same crap, just another city, neighborhood and day for DR Horton.

Today we realized this house has been sold with the water rushing through the side and the yard of it. Just for reference this is over 12 hours after it stopped Raining and the builders have done nothing to fix this unless you count putting grass down to fix it.

This morning's light rain is a pleasant sight. However, during stronger storms, some homes may experience water rising around them and forming creeks between them. In cases of heavy rainfall, a large river or lake may form, restricting vehicles from accessing their homes. It would be good to inquire If any measures have been taken to address this issue, although it is known that they haven’t. Check out the photos below from past rain events.
