LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER & MOW CREW LEADER – PAID WORKING INTERVIEWS ($18–$22/hr)
We are looking for 2-4 dependable people to join our crew immediately.
This is NOT a sit-around job — this is hands-on outdoor work using professional equipment (stand on mowers, zrts, blowers, leaf vacs, heavy equipment, etc.). If you like being outside and staying active, you’ll like this.
💵 PAY:
• $18–$22/hour (based on attitude, work ethic, and experience)
• Paid working interview (4-8hours)
• Bi- Weekly pay
✅ WHAT WE WANT:
• SHOW UP on time (this is #1)
• Good attitude
• Willing to learn
• Can handle physical work
🚫 NOT FOR YOU IF:
• You’re late all the time
• You don’t show up
• You don’t like working outdoors
🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Mow lawns on a weekly basis
• Landscape design and build
• Operate state of the art equipment
• Work with a solid, experienced crew
📅 HOURS:
• Full-time (seasonal with strong potential to continue)
• Early start, done when the jobs done
