Don't be scared to refinish your hidden gems. This wood floor was covered up with carpet and pets in the house destroyed and stained the floors in multiple areas. But, that's where we come in.

Someone converted a closed kitchen and didn't bother to check for structural walls. It's a miracle the ceiling didn't collapse. There was a 2 inch sag in the ceiling over a 12 ft span. Other than that, a typical remodel for us.
