🔨 Another successful exterior restoration completed! 🏡
This project started with a leaking pool house that had extensive water damage hidden behind the siding. Once we opened everything up, we found rotted sheathing, deteriorated framing, and damaged insulation that all needed to be replaced before the exterior could be put back together the right way.
We also repaired a severely rotted structural beam above the garage door that had been compromised from years of moisture intrusion. The damaged wood was removed, the framing was reinforced, and new materials were installed to restore the structural integrity of the opening. We finished the project with new siding, trim, and a clean, seamless finish that blends perfectly with the existing home.
