Another basement renovation completed by the team at Ryan Home Services. ā¬ļø This is the Salem, NH, basement weāve been building for the past few months.

We started with a completely unfinished space - concrete floors, exposed joists, empty and unfinished for 3 years.
The homeowner had a vision for a space her family would actually use, while also increasing the value of her home. We made it happen.
Hereās what the full renovation looked like:
ā¢Framing, rough electrical, and rough plumbing.
ā¢Full insulation and v***r barrier.
ā¢HVAC and ductwork.
ā¢Plumbing.
ā¢Wet bar cabinetry designed to match the kitchen upstairs.
ā¢Painting, trim work, and doors.
ā¢Carpet stairs to the first floor.
ā¢And a half bath.
Midway through the build, we hit a problem. The mini split configuration she wanted was going to push her over her original quote.
We didnāt come back with a change order. We figured out how to add a third zone and keep her exactly where she needed to be financially.
Thatās the job. Not just the pretty part.
The result is a full entertainment space with a wet bar, darts area, workout room, and room for the whole family to hang out after a day at the pool.
