Job requirements:

Valid drivers license, reliable transportation & ability to pass a DOT physical for medical card. Pass a background and drug test.

Ability to lift 50lbs plus throughout the day, work in extreme heat/cold weather.

A “team” based attitude with a strong attention to detail. We provide quality work, not quantity.

Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours a week Monday-Friday. Some Saturdays required.

Ability to work independently or part of a crew.

🚨🚨 We are seeking a full time skid steer operator for snow events for one of our sites! Location: Bethlehem/412 area Experience is a must. Must have reliable transportation to and from the site, be able to work 24 hours + in larger snow events. On call 24/7 when it snows. Minimum 4 hour pay when called in. Competitive pay. We are looking to hire 2 full time teams members. Experience is helpful but not required. Applicants must have a valid drivers license and have a current DOT medical card or be able to pass the physical. You must have reliable transportation, be motivated and have a positive work ethic. We work Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays if weather set us back during the week and off Sundays.

We are also hiring multiple laborers for winter positions. Laborers would be required to shovel, snow blow/use sidewalk equipment and hand salt properties. Winter weather is a 24/7 operation and on call during all storms and after storm call outs. Most positions can evolve into full time positions for the landscape seasons if desired. This is a great opportunity to make great money during the winter months. Very competitive rates.
