My office space for today.

Removed old, and damaged, glass roof. Repaired all the rotting, or damaged areas. Framed in New rafters, and installed a new Sun scape, roofing system. Hit everything with a paint finish. Including front brick.

8ft walls with one door. Unfortunately I did not take finished pictures. After the build I hung the door, mudd, tape, and sanded to a finished. Client wanted this build for storage space.

One month ago.
Client: can you do this drywall work.
Me: Sure I can start when I'm finished with the job im on.
Day before I start job.
Client: I'm going to have to cancel.
Me: f**k ok.
Two months later.
Client: I only need you to paint. I already had someone else do the drywall. It is paint ready. Me: this is not paint ready, unless you're ok with the way it looks.
Client: can you fix it for me?
Me: f**kkkkkk.

Shower repair. The Shower was leaking in the crawl space for a long time. Can anyone spot a major problem from the demo pictures.
