Lanai ceiling installed in Ocala, FL, for a homeowner who was done looking up at bare drywall out back.

The boards showed up already finished, so all the work is in the layout and the fit. We ran them tight and straight, kept the seams clean, and trimmed out the edges so the ceiling reads as one piece wall to wall. No painting after, no touch up, just done.

The homeowners wanted the bedroom to feel finished instead of flat, so we came out and built the feature wall, then ran the crown up into the tray so the corners and returns read tight from every angle. We installed 7" cove crown moulding in a home here in The Villages, FL, and this homeowner wanted something cleaner and more contemporary than the traditional profiles you see everywhere. The cove profile gives a softer, simpler line where the wall meets the ceiling, and we added a wood cornice to finish it off. Tight corners, no gaps, painted in place so it reads as part of the house. Another happy client, and one more room our trim carpentry crew got to leave better than we found it. A repeat client called us back, this time to their new home. We'd finished trim work at their place in The Villages and they were happy enough to bring us in again. In this dining room we ran coffered ceiling trim overhead and wrapped the walls in wainscoting, then framed and built out the gas fireplace to anchor the room. After->Before! Flat walls with nothing to catch your eye, just paint and empty space that made the room feel unfinished. We came out and changed that with custom picture frame moulding and raised panel wainscoting, designed, built and painted by hand right in their home here in Ocala, FL. No prefab panels, every box measured and cut on site to fit the wall exactly. That kind of trim carpentry changes how a whole house feels the second you walk in.
