What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong experience in residential, commercial, or service electrical work
✔️ Ability to lead and mentor a crew in the field
✔️ Self-motivated and organized, with high attention to detail
✔️ Knowledge of NEC and local code compliance
✔️ Skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and completing projects efficiently
✔️ Must be dependable, professional, and ready to represent the Roam brand with pride
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead electrical installs and repairs across residential, commercial, or service sectors
🔹 Communicate clearly with office staff, inspectors, GCs, and customers
🔹 Oversee safety, cleanliness, and quality control on job sites
🔹 Participate in project planning and material procurement
🔹 Train and guide apprentices and journeymen
