Steve was instrumental in the development of Bayside, which is 1,700 home residential planned community near Fenwick Island, Delaware that recently won the coveted "Community of the Year" award by Coastal Living magazine. Steve is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Congress for New Urbanism, National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the Positive Growth Alliance, and the Delaware Association of Home Builders.
