This Bedroom/ Bathroom addition was designed by the customer, and let’s just say, we were impressed when her vision came to life! This project hit all aspects of a basement remodel, from cutting out the slab to re-route drain lines, replacing old cast-iron, cutting foundation walls for an egress window, installing beams to a load bearing wall and redesigning the Cat-io that was affected by the new window well. And of course, framing, drywall, painting and a custom shower. These customers were absolutely awesome to work with, a truly enjoyable experience.
