We have positions ready to fill immediately. Experience in home remodeling, carpentry, door and window installation, drywall or other residential construction related work is preferred but not required. This is a construction related job and will require you to perform very simple construction related work on existing homes.
This is a fairly easy, fast paced and fun job with pay that is above average for the type of work required.
Starting pay for helpers is $14.00/hr for a SHORT training period. This training period could last 1 week or 3 months depending on your skills, attitude and motivation. After training is complete, this position is salaried + bonuses with pay averaging $600-$700 per week for a crew member. There is a potential for $1200+ per week for anyone motivated and skilled enough to move up into a crew leader position.
We offer paid vacations after 1 year of employment and health insurance benefits after 3 months of employment.
Must have reliable daily transportation to our warehouse at I-35 & SE 23rd St. You must be able to work 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Our typical work day starts at our warehouse between 7:00am and 8:00 am and ends between between 2:00 and 5:00 pm.
Must be able to travel approximately 8 weeks a year to other towns around Oklahoma for 3-4 days per trip. We never travel more than 2-3 hours or so away from the OKC metro and 90% of our work is in OKC. Company pays all travel expenses and a per-diem when we’re out of town.
Must have a clean criminal background and be able to pass a drug screen.
