Excited to share a recent project, Bar Serra, a new McNellie’s Group restaurant in OKC, designed by Fitzsimmons Architects.

This project reflects strong collaboration and our continued partnership with the McNellie’s Group. The space was created to be enjoyed, so if you haven’t been yet, you should definitely eat there soon.

We’re proud to share that our work at Palo Duro I & II is now complete! Residents can enjoy completely renovated common areas and several updated suites, along with a refreshed exterior featuring 100% tuckpointing, new windows, waterproofing, landscaping, and hardscaping.

It’s incredibly rewarding to see a project come together from top to bottom, creating a brighter, safer, and more welcoming home for residents.

We’re nearing the finish line on a project we’re especially proud of - the renovation of the historic Palo Duro buildings for Neighborhood Services Organization (NSO).

These buildings provide permanent housing for single, unhoused adults living with mental illness - a mission that matters deeply to the Oklahoma City community.

On the exterior, our team delivered a complete transformation:

✔ 100% tuckpointing of the masonry
✔ All new windows & sealants
✔ New condensers on the roof
✔ A new parking lot & handicap-accessible entry ramp
✔ Extensive landscaping & hardscaping

All of this work was completed while the building remained fully occupied, requiring careful phasing, coordination, and teamwork. We’re proud to be finishing this project on time and under budget.

A huge thank-you to NSO for trusting us with this important project, and to our Wayne Contracting team and partners for their dedication in making it happen.
