We showed up this evening and found a failed capacitor along with a condenser that was in serious need of a cleaning.

New capacitor installed, condenser cleaned up, and the system is back doing what it’s supposed to do….. COOLING!

Another customer taken care of before the storms rolled through this afternoon.

Their old outdoor condenser had severe coil damage caused by years of corrosion from dog urine, making it beyond repair. We replaced it with a brand-new 4-ton Goodman condenser and evaporator coil, giving the system a fresh start and restoring reliable cooling.

We also installed an inline float switch to help protect the home by shutting the system down if the condensate drain ever becomes clogged or backs up.

Just a few more things to touch up inside, and this house will be right back to cooling.
