This week we started a new project in Marysville, at the old Cannery Building. We will be doing this one with Neenan Archistruction out of Colorado again. This project will see us completely remove and replace the entire parking lot along with all new planters and sidewalks around the building. We will be doing storm drain and sewer improvements as well. There will also be a considerable amount of offsite improvements including new curb, gutter, and sidewalk down J street as well as removal and re-paving of both J street and 6th street. All of this work will be done to open a new Ampla Health, PACE facility (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) with a pharmacy.
