Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Concrete Finisher at R & M CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks associated with concrete work, including power tool usage, formwork installation, flatwork finishing, carpentry work, and operating heavy equipment. The role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship in concrete finishing.

Qualifications

Proficiency in working with power tools and equipment
Experience in formwork installation and concrete pouring
Knowledge of flatwork finishing techniques
Basic carpentry skills for concrete construction
Familiarity with operating heavy equipment for concrete projects
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes
Prior experience in concrete construction is a plus
Pay DOE 35-45/hr
