Big things are coming to North 24th Street — from Laird to Sprague and Sprague to Sahler!

On May 30th, at a community meeting we announced a $20M live-work district featuring condos, restaurants, retail, a rooftop food court, townhomes, and space for farmers markets + community events.

And we need your help naming it! 💡 We’re giving away $1,000 to the person who comes up with the perfect name for this new district.

What was once vacant land is now home—to families, to future memories, and to a stronger neighborhood.

In just 8 months, we transformed an empty stretch into 9 new single-family homes:

✅ Over 1,000 sq. ft of yard space—room to grow, play, and even build an ADU
✅ All homes sold before the holidays in 2024 🙌🏾
