VP/COO and Minority Owner, have partnered to combine more than 30 years of construction experience in forming Dees Burke Engineering Constructors. Burke and Dees incorporated DBE in November 2015 and acquired equipment for polyester concrete overlays, forms-in-place concrete barrier rail and slip-form barrier rail services.
