Another project completed with a beautiful Spanish Verea Clay Tile ⚔️

A lot of the clients we meet have roofs with outdated or discontinued tile and slate. That was the case here, the homeowner had a discontinued Mineral Wells tile that had caused issues for years with broken pieces and failed repairs.

Since the tile was no longer manufactured, finding a solution that looked right and mechanically fastened correctly was paramount. That’s why we partnered with Dow at The Roof Tile and Slate Company to source a beautiful Verea Spanish Tile with a Red Blend.

We were able to secure full approval through the insurance company, giving this home a complete roof replacement with a system that’s both durable and true to the aesthetic of the original design. ⚔️

Big milestone ⚔️ This was the first home approved for a Westlake Unified Steel (stone-coated steel) roof in this HOA community.

We worked directly with the HOA management company to help get it approved and now, that approval applies to all of the communities they oversee.

This roof (Cottage profile, Charcoal HD) not only looks incredible, but it also helps drop attic temperatures by up to 60 degrees delivering comfort, durability, and efficiency for homeowners.

Great review from Jose... "I worked with Jason Garriga with Sordsmens Roofing. I was in impressed with Jason’s presentation with the different roof replacement options for my roof. Jason was able to answer my questions in regards the roof material and the process. If Jason was not 100% sure on the answer he would find out the answer. The roof replacement was done on schedule as was planned. Any questions I had during the replacement Jason was available by phone to answer any of my questions. The other plus with Sordsman Roofing they also do gutter installation. The process for gutter installation was as simple. I was given multiple options on colors and leaf guard option as well.
