FORT LAGUNA BEACH 🇺🇸
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Churchill Traditional

A coastal bunker with Old English soul

Our repeat client wanted their 1970s terraced oceanfront home to look and feel like a little bunker overlooking the Laguna Beach cliffs. We created a classic, cozy, and rich interior with English charm. In six months, we transformed their living and dining rooms with colorful, traditional patterned, easy-care rugs, Chesterfield wingback leather chairs, and created a custom library wall filled with various classic literature books. The main feature of the room became the custom French Chateau limestone fireplace mantel. This central focal point encompasses the heart of the home and invites all family and friends to gather beside the fireside glow and relax with a good book.

Every detail and furniture piece, from custom framed artwork to tufted leather upholstery, was thoughtfully curated to reflect the client’s love of history, world travel, and classical fine art. A coastal hideaway that looks and feels peaceful, personal, and livable.

🍁🍂Autumn’s arrival🍁🍂

How are we using AI to enhance and elevate your home designs and decor? Read below and swipe to find out…

The hot topic right now for interior designers, architects, and builders is how AI is being used and misused in our industry. It’s difficult to tell if something looks real or if we are looking at something made/edited by ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano Banana, etc.

We have been using AI as a visual tool to help create and imagine what each new room will look like before demo day or before buying things, then having to return them if the size is wrong or if the colors don’t compliment.

A beautifully inspired room takes time to cultivate each item and should tell a layered story.

This is why we are here to help! We have created many inspiring and transformational rooms and homes over the years by using a variety of architectural tools, our experience, design education, and product knowledge to know what works and looks best in your personal home, with your family, and for your lifestyle. AI is only a small part of the entire design process we use to create your dream home a reality.
