I’ve been quiet here for a while-13 months, to be exact.

Becoming a parent has changed me in more ways than I can name, and it’s taken time to find my footing again, both personally and professionally.

I’m slowly stepping back into work, bringing with me a new perspective, a steadier pace, and an even deeper respect for the balance this all takes.
