In property maintenance its interesting, because we have 3 different clients for each job. A property owner, who expects a good job and pays the bill, the property management, who continues to send work expects the best for the property owner, and the tenant, who sees the work we do and hopefully has good things to report.

This was a review we were left this weekend that we are proud of and hope to do each job to this standard.

❄️UTAH IS SO COLD!!!! 🥶

I Started the day off in the cold walking a potential job with a client.

Then on to a small electrical job. A few lights and outlets in a basement room. We will be back tomorrow to wrap it up!

A constant thing that I hear from clients/potential clients is that not every contractor that bids shows up to actually look at what they are bidding. As the owner of MHM Construction, I hear this from most everyone I talk with as I’m meeting with them. We will show up to quote/bid/estimate, and we will show up until the project is complete! We work for you!
