Basement Finishing Project Completed

We recently completed this basement remodeling project, creating a clean, comfortable, and functional living space for the homeowner. The project included luxury vinyl plank flooring, custom wainscoting, recessed lighting, interior painting, and a new bathroom with a modern vanity and fixtures.

Weekend Tip from the Job Site 🔨

A lot of homeowners get excited about flooring, paint colors, and furniture when planning a basement remodel—and I get it. But one thing I always recommend checking first is moisture.

If your basement feels damp, smells musty, or you’ve noticed water after heavy rain, take care of that before investing in new finishes. It’s much easier (and cheaper) to fix those issues now than after new drywall and flooring are installed.

I’ve seen beautiful basements ruined because this step was skipped.

If you’re thinking about finishing your basement, start with a solid foundation and a good plan. Your future self will thank you.
