💙 Meet the Team | Roberto Olivera
Meet Roberto, or as everyone at US Aluminum knows him, “Papito”!
Roberto is our General Manager, but around here, “The Boss” might be a better introduction 😄
He has been part of US Aluminum since 2008, when the company was still a small team with just a handful of employees. Nearly 18 years later, his dedication hasn’t changed. He’s often here from 5:00 AM until we close the doors, always willing to help, always present, and putting his heart into everything he does.
But what makes Roberto truly special goes beyond his work ethic. His team knows him as someone they can count on professionally and personally. He goes out of his way to help his employees and never lets hard work go unnoticed. Even a simple “good night” and “thank you for your hard work” at the end of the day has made a lasting impression on the people around him 👏
Outside of work, Papito loves fishing, spending time with his family, especially his grandson, and traveling to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
And his newest project? Mastering ChatGPT. We hear he’s getting pretty good at it 😂🤖
