🚨 SUNKEN DRIVEWAY → LIFTED & STABILIZED 🚨

This homeowner wanted this section of driveway lifted back into position before having the surface repainted — and the before & after speaks for itself. 👀

The slab had settled and lost a LOT of support underneath.

💥 You can actually see the foam pushing out from beneath the edge once those voids were filled — proof that the empty space under the concrete was being supported again.

Of course, all excess foam gets trimmed and cleaned up before we leave. 👌

This front walkway had settled enough to create noticeable deviations and trip hazards leading right up to the porch. Using polyurethane injection, we were able to bring everything much closer to where it belongs without tearing out and replacing the slabs. 💪🧱⬆️

Was it brand new fresh pour perfect? Very close but, not quite — and sometimes existing concrete, surrounding structures, drainage, and years of settlement determine how far we can safely push it. But the difference is HUGE, the walkway is dramatically safer and more functional, and most importantly…

👷‍♂️‼️‼️ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE ‼️‼️👷‍♂️

A local builder reached out needing a very specific fix before their sliding door installation. The concrete recess / step down was poured a bit too high, and they needed as close to exactly one inch removed as possible — without destroying the remaining concrete.

Our main focus is concrete lifting and stabilization, but we also handle demolition, grinding and select small concrete repairs when the situation calls for it.

It may not look like much in the pictures, but removing concrete this precisely is more complicated than simply breaking it out. Concrete does not always cooperate, and once you take too much, there’s no putting it back. After a lot of careful cutting and chipping we got the recess where it needed to be so the door installers could keep moving.

♿️ A SAFER, SMOOTHER PATH FOR A DESERVING VETERAN 🇺🇸

Ms. Corpron and her father recently needed some help improving the walkway leading to their home. Mr. Corpron is a war veteran working with the VA to receive a mobility scooter, but several badly settled sections of sidewalk had created major trip hazards and made the walkway difficult to navigate—even with his current walker. ⚠️

We lifted and leveled the sunken concrete to eliminate the dangerous elevation changes, then poured a new section of concrete where a previous planter had left part of the walkway narrow and incomplete.

The result is a much smoother, safer and more accessible path for his walker now—and his mobility scooter in the future. ✅

🚧 This one was a serious trip hazard.

Several sections of this walkway had settled badly, creating some rough height differences between slabs. We used polyurethane foam injection to lift the concrete back as close as possible, then followed up with light grinding and caulking to smooth out the remaining transitions.

Concrete lifting is not always a “perfect” process, because a lot depends on what’s happening underneath the slab — soil conditions, voids, washout, roots, previous repairs, and how the concrete responds once it starts moving.

But the goal is always the same: make it safer, more usable, and get the best possible result without ripping everything out, spending a fortune, or dealing with the extended downtime that comes with full replacement. Foam lifting is often a much faster, more affordable option compared to tear-out and repour. ✅

This project had a few field challenges, but the difference was huge, and the customer was happy with the final result. 💪
