We kicked things off Monday doing what we specialize in — lifting and leveling sunken concrete. 💪 (see first 2 pictures)

From there, we:

✅ Ground down a significant trip hazard for a customer who wanted a safe, budget-friendly alternative to replacement or lifting.

✅ Cut nearly 100 linear feet of channel through a pool deck for new drain lines.

🚨 TRIP HAZARDS = GONE 🚨

This customer loves having friends over, and with several uneven sections of concrete around the home, she wanted to make things safer for everyone coming and going.

We were able to lift and level the settled concrete, eliminate the trip hazards, and make those transitions much smoother and safer. 👏

We also found a separate patio section in the back that sounded hollow underneath — a clear sign there were voids below the slab. We filled those voids with polyurethane foam to help support and stabilize the concrete before it had a chance to become a bigger problem. 💪
