This is a foyer and bathroom remodel I did a few yrs ago. The only thing I had to sub-out was the skylight would only be under warranted if it was installed by a licensed roofer.
The customer had a friend do the tile-work in the bathroom. Unfortunately the tile job was the worst I had ever seen. The whole job had to be demolished and redone. We are more than just a handy-man service!

On this project I did all the interior rough framing. I installed the tile wall & floor then installed the wood stove. Customer was extremity happy and loves the warmth of the stove.

Here is another deck I built on my own house when I used to live in Port Huron. I remember the inspector saying he had yet to see a deck that was built so sturdy, and he was an old man, lol. I paid a lot of attention to detail on this project adding little things like built in corner plant holders, and even a bird house. I also gutted out and completely remodeled the upper unit. I actually had people begging me and offering me more than what I was asking for rent.

This is a wheelchair ramp that I built. I designed it in such a way that if and when it was no longer needed it could very simply be elevated on the low end creating a wrap around porch.
