Making progress on this one! This project includes both a new home by the water and a 60x64 shop on top of the hill. Thanks to our client for entrusting us on both of these.

Part of our scope on these complex custom homes is taking the strength of steel beams to support large open spans and integrating them into the surrounding wood structure. It requires an incredible amount of detail to ensure the end product is in line with the original design. The team here at OPB has that attention to detail!

We finished these walls a couple weeks ago and the second story walls went super smooth with all the detail we put into our plates. While we were at the plating stage we ran our double top plates to ensure all of the angles tied in nicely.
