🤌🏻We believe the details matter, they bring a space to life. A tricky alcove in an unfinished basement was just calling out to be a high top bar area for this couple who wanted a space to entertain. And lighted crown molding brought an added flair for game night!

A friend in the trade told me a contractors house is never done. This garage entry had me feeling that way so I had to take care of it.

Here’s the before.

I originally built that cabinet for my wife’s children’s store and it has since been moved a couple times so it’s pretty beat up and needs some trim and paint. We’re going dark with it.

Ever since I was a little kid and my dad let me “help” build our backyard fence, I’ve loved building things — taking a blank slate and turning it into something awesome and seeing the potential of diamonds in the rough. That obsession never went away. It just got continually sharper and became a bigger part of my life.

So I started Bartley Fine Homes — here in Western Wisconsin.

This isn’t just about passion — it’s about purpose; one I feel called by God to move into. I started Bartley Fine Homes because I want to build what will impact generations. Homes that are more efficient, thoughtfully designed, and timeless — because my kids, and their kids, deserve a better-built future.
