TLC Wildlife Management in Columbus OH is looking for a seasonal helper to join our crew this busy season! 🦝💪

This is NOT your typical “sit around and hold a shovel” kind of job. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Our work includes wildlife exclusion, repairs, digging, ladder work, roof work, crawling in attics/crawlspaces, and general labor in all kinds of weather.

Basic skills/abilities we need:
• Enjoys physical labor
• Able to safely handle and carry up to a 40 ft ladder
• Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
• Basic hand/power tool knowledge
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers

Construction, roofing, landscaping, farm, or trade experience is a HUGE plus.

This could be a great fit for someone who likes working outdoors, staying active, and learning hands-on skills.

While the crew has been back home holding down the fort this week, Adam has been off at the Gargolye Academy training class in St. Louis--learning advanced exclusion techniques, safer rope/high-access work, and sharpening the skills that help us do even better work for our customers. He even managed to squeeze in a Cardinals game while he was there, cause you have to have a little fun on work trips, right? ⚾😎

In all seriousness, this is exactly the kind of dedication that sets TLC Wildlife Management apart. We never want to be a company that says “good enough.” We invest in continuing education, better techniques, and safer, more effective ways to solve wildlife problems for our customers.

A huge thank you to the guys back home for absolutely CRUSHING it while Adam was away. Running a service company takes a team, and it’s great knowing our customers are in good hands when opportunities like this come up.

We’re proud to keep learning, improving, and raising the standard for wildlife exclusion work in Central Ohio… even if Adam somehow forgot to bring the crew any St. Louis BBQ or foam fingers. 😉

We want to give a very special thank you to our dear friend Larry for creating this incredible sign for TLC Wildlife Management. He's not much for photos or Facebook, but we just had to share!!

From individually hand-carving each letter and element, to carefully sanding every surface, to staining it just right—this piece is the result of true craftsmanship, patience, and a whole lot of time and effort. You can see the pride and skill in every inch 🤎

Larry, we are beyond grateful. Not just for the beautiful sign, but for the care and intention you poured into making it for us. 🥹 It’s something we’ll always treasure and proudly display as part of our story!
