Hiatt Service LLC is Currently looking for a motivated, punctual, goal driven individual to join our team.
As an HVAC technician for Hiatt Service LLC you will be asked to do install work, duct work, sheet metal work, retro-fit change out, service, and maintenance work. You must be able to lift heavy objects (50 lbs or more), have a valid drivers license, show up on time every day, reliable transportation to the shop in Ottawa, and the desire to learn and grow within the company.
Normal operating hours
8 am - 4:30 pm
However, there will be times we will work later than set operating hours, you will be compensated time and a half for anything over 40 hours in the work week.
Starting pay is dependent upon experience, with a performance review and possible pay raise after 90 days of employment. If you have no HVAC experience we would be more than happy to train you.
PTO available after 1 year of Employment

Guaranteed 40 hr paycheck
