Another backyard transformation wrapped up! đź‘Š

This project got more than just a new patio. We excavated the area to remove tree roots and unsuitable soil, made the necessary soil corrections, rebuilt the base, and finished it off with a new exposed aggregate concrete patio.

Once the concrete was complete, we backfilled and graded around the patio, leaving everything cleaned up and ready for seed. 🌱

This exposed aggregate patio was designed to maximize the backyard space while creating a clean, finished look that complements the home perfectly.

Just wrapped up this window well replacement and drainage correction today.

The original wall was failing and the grading around the home was directing water toward the foundation. We removed the existing wall, installed a new 10” rock-face block window well with a reinforced bond beam, and corrected the negative drainage to help move water away from the house.

A lot of excavation was required to complete the project properly, but we took extra care to minimize disturbance to the surrounding lawn and leave the property looking clean when we were finished.

Another project completed the right way and built to last.

Repaired this old failing window well tore down to a solid point and rebuilt the right way. The original block was cracked, shifting, and starting to fail, so we demoed it out and rebuilt it with new block and core-filled cells along with rebar for added strength and longevity.

A big focus on jobs like this is keeping the impact to the surrounding yard and landscaping as minimal as possible while still giving the homeowner a repair that’s built to last. Clean, solid, and done with long-term durability in mind. 👌
