ON BOTH HOT AND COLD TO ASSURE YOUR WATER IS RUNNING AND NOT FREEZING IN THE PIPES... PLEASE STAY WARM AND SAFE OUT THERE...

Good morning!! We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and has a happy new year.

here are some tips to keep pipes from freezing.
Insulate pipes with a pipe sleeve or by wrapping them with pipe insulation or heat tape.
Use expanding foam or caulk to seal cracks in walls or floors near pipes that could allow cold air in from the outside.
Wrap heat tape or a heat cable around pipes located in areas that may be likely to freeze.
Secure outdoor hoses, valves and faucets.
shut off and drain outside hose bibs.
