The build up of debris on your roof could be causing more damage than you realize. Do you need Moxie Maintenance? Our maintenance plan is a great way for homeowners to ensure their roof remains under warranty and in good condition. Prevention is easier, and cheaper, than correction.

Both older and newly installed roofing systems require preventative maintenance. It is a must in order to attain the expected service life of your roof.  

Moxie Maintenance offers a complete service to inspect the key elements of your roofing system. We will even do an attic analysis to look for leaks. If we find issues that need to be addressed, our team will let you know the next steps to protect your investment.

Inspections should be completed twice a year in the Spring and Fall and also after any major weather events including heavy rains, high winds and hail storms. Additional inspections should be completed following installation or maintenance of any rooftop equipment like security cameras or satellite systems.
