This is a public service announcement. I bid a job out a while back. If you kow me, you know I don't normally bid work. People hire me and I do the job and they pay me. But every once in a while I gotta put a quote together. I lost the job to a lower bidder which happens. Today, I had an opportunity to see the job done by the lowest bidder and I understand why they were the lowest bidder. I had suspicions, seeing the job from the outside. But seeing the inside made it very apparent. It reminded me of the old oil filter ad; "You can pay me now or pay me later".
